Luca | Columbus Ohio Newborn Session

Having worked with Columbus newborns over the years, I’ve been blessed to see families grow. I’ve been able to work with families multiple times throughout the years of having their children, and working with Luca’s family again was incredible! This was the second newborn I’ve photographed for this family, the first was when I photographed older brother, Arthur (Artie). We instantly hit it off, and they became regulars, and I’ve loved working with this sweet family in my Columbus studio.

Throughout the years I’ve known them, they’ve booked milestone sessions for older brother Artie’s first year, and even came to visit Santa around the holidays! When the couple found out they were pregnant again, they quickly booked a maternity session as well as Luca’s newborn session. I was thrilled and so excited to meet their newest addition.

During Luca’s Columbus newborn studio session, I was so worried how Artie would be during the session. Artie is an incredible kid, but typically toddlers his age can be difficult. They’re just at the age where they are developing personalities and can be stubborn, so sometimes they can be difficult to get to cooperate during sessions. Artie didn’t miss a beat. He was incredible!

When the family arrived for Luca’s newborn session, Artie walked in so comfortable and at ease. Towards the end we bribed him with a lollipop (whatever we’ve gotta do for the session!) to get a few of the last shots, but he was amazing. He did so well, and so did little brother Luca.

Luca was incredible and such a sweet little baby. I’m so grateful to continue to work with the best families, and am blessed to be a luxury Columbus newborn photographer. I love getting to know families so well and watching their children grow.
